Robert F. Kennedy Jr. may have six children, but his third eldest son’s new relationship is particularly exciting.

In Hyannis Port, Mass. on Sunday, the late President John Kennedy‘s nephew, 58, yuked it up with Taylor Swift, who’s currently dating his son Conor, at the family’s Cape Cod compound.

Clad in a red polka-dot bikini top and high-waisted striped shorts, the “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” singer looked right at home as she enjoyed her Cape Cod getaway with her boyfriend’s family.

Swift, 22, was first spotted at the Kennedy family’s estate over the July 4th holiday, where she, Conor’s cousin Patrick Schwarzenegger, Dianna Agron and others kicked back on a sailboat nearby. Towards the end of the month, the country crooner stepped out on the arm of Conor, and a source confirmed to Us Weekly that they are indeed an item.

“Taylor is officially dating Conor Kennedy,” the source told Us, adding that his storied political family approves. “The Kennedys love Taylor and think she’s amazing!”

Swift has proven to be a true friend to Conor, who is mourning the shocking death of his troubled mother, Mary Kennedy, who committed suicide in May. The Grammy winner has been a “shoulder to cry on” for Conor, a friend told Us.
