Syngin Colchester from 90 Day Fiancé is proud of his “uncle bod,” despite many fans calling it the biggest glow down of the franchise. Syngin and Tania, both 31 years old, starred together in 90 Day Fiancé season 7. Tania met Syngin in South Africa when she had gone to a bar to meet a different man from a dating app. That romance didn’t work out and Tania bumped into bartender Syngin, for whom she extended her vacation by four more months. Alas, Syngin and Tania’s relationship didn’t last, and they announced their split in October 2021 after four years together.

Tania, who lived with Syngin in Connecticut during their marriage, confirmed they both were single by announcing they were joining the cast of the spin-off 90 Day: The Single Life. Fans who never thought Syngin and Tania were meant to be together, due to their frequent arguments, were delighted to know Syngin was single again. The marriage failed due to Syngin not being ready to give up his drinking and partying, which was a big red flag. But even more shocking news about Syngin was revealed slowly, such as alleged DMs between Tania and his ex-girlfriend, which were leaked online. A woman Syngin was dating accused him of being abusive. The message screenshots showed Tania telling the woman that Syngin apparently used to get volatile when he was drinking during their marriage.

Syngin failed to address the allegations and went on an indefinite Instagram break and disabled his comments. Upon his return to the platform after five months, Syngin was sporting a drastically different look and it looked like he’d gained some weight. 90 Day Fiancé star Syngin poked fun at himself in his latest post and referred to his body as the “uncle bod.” He wrote, “Uncle bod, because I won't be a daddy hahahah.” in his caption. Syngin’s accompanying photo was taken at La Jolla Shores. Syngin posed shirtless on the beach while playing with his long, wet hair and wearing a pair of peach swimming trunks.

Fans who might be unaware of Syngin’s controversy complimented him for his new physique and told him that he looks great. “That belly though,” a fan wrote with heart-eyed emojis. Someone else told Syngin, “It’s a dad bod cause you can be MY daddyyyy.” Some 90 Day Fiancé fans thought Syngin was referring to his not wanting kids, which was a major source of contention between him and Tania. Syngin was last spotted with a mystery woman in San Diego last month, and a little later he announced that he had moved to California to stay on a farm.

During the months that Syngin was missing from Instagram, he also visited South Africa to see his family. Syngin referred to everything going on in his life as noise and spoke about wanting to focus on where he wants to be in life. During his time on 90 Day Fiancé, Syngin, who liked to drink beers even in the morning, was unable to get a job in America. It’s not clear what else Syngin is up to, apart from being a 90 Day Fiancé star, but Syngin seems to be trying his hand at adult modeling, which might be a good idea since he has supporters who think he has never looked as good as he does with his "uncle bod."
