PlayStation Plus members can now claim a Call of Duty Vanguard and Warzone combat pack for free.

As per Video Games Chronicle, the in-game bundle has been released to mark Season 4 of Vanguard and Warzone, titled Mercenaries of Fortune.

The combat pack includes a Legendary Operator Skin for Halima Zambardi, a double XP token, and two Legendary Weapon Blueprints.

All that players need to do is log in to the game to receive their content, provided they have an active PS Plus subscription.

PlayStation players get some Call of Duty content early, and most of this content is set to be released on other platforms on November 1.

Sony and Activision have long had an agreement together and PlayStation users have had a number of exclusive content drops over the past few months, including in-game bundles and early access to public tests.

Indeed, PlayStation players who pre-order Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 will be the first to gain access to the open beta for the game’s multiplayer.

That beta has not been dated yet but the game is set to release on October 28, 2022 and that means that the test could come out in August.

The game was recently revealed formally with its first trailer, showing off what fans can expect from the follow-up to the wildly popular Modern Warfare, which released in 2019.

That game was a critical hit, receiving a score of 80 on Metacritic from 78 critic reviews. The sequel will pick up the story of the Tier One operators, including Captain Price and Soap Mactavish, and their globe-trotting journey to keep the world safe.

We’ll keep you updated with any new information surrounding Call of Duty, be it Warzone, Vanguard, or Modern Warfare 2.
