The official Vanguard and Warzone Pacific Season 3 Reloaded content plan has been revealed, and it is full of exciting features to enjoy.
Season 3 Reloaded of Vanguard and Warzone Pacific is expected to release on May 25 and the new Season 3 Reloaded content plan has offered a glimpse at what players can expect.
Vanguard and Warzone Season 3 Reloaded is right around the corner and the midseason update will deliver a ton of new content for players to enjoy. Warzone players in particular have a ton of exciting new features to look forward to.
A new LTM will be making its way to Season 3 Reloaded, alongside a new Rebirth Island feature, a new Warzone Perk, and several new items that are bound to shake up the battle royale. Here’s a breakdown of the Vanguard and Warzone content set to arrive with the Season 3 Reloaded update.
The final member of Task Force Harpy will hit Vanguard and Warzone on May 25. Her preferred weapon is the new H4 Blixen SMG, so if you’re looking to level up the weapon as fast as possible, you’ll want to fight as Kim Tae Young.
The masked figure has a reputation as a folk hero and keeper of justice. To unlock Kim Tae Young in Season 3 Reloaded, players must purchase her bundle.
Vanguard players will get to test out a new SMG when the Season 3 Reloaded content goes live on May 25. The devs explained that the H4 Blixen is the ideal SMG for medium-range gunfights.
It is indeed a slow-firing SMG and the devs even compare it to the Owen Gun. If comparisons turn out to be accurate, the H4 Blixen could be just as lethal in Warzone.
If the H4 Blixen can rival the Owen Gun it could possibly take over the SMG meta, but the devs have warned of its tricky recoil pattern. Nonetheless, you can check out our guide on how to unlock the H4 Blixen if you’re eager to test the weapon after the update.
As teased in the Season 3 update, Vanguard players will receive a brand-new map to enjoy alongside Mayhem. Sphere is an underground weapons lab with multiple floors to discover.
“Operators who best navigate the various ins and outs between the upper and lower environments are likely to gain the upper hand in combat, no matter the mode.”
Following the Classified Arms Reloaded update, Serpentine will be available as a Perk 1 in Warzone Pacific. The Perk is described as follows:
“Sprinting reduces incoming damage from bullets, explosives, and fire by 20%.”
This Perk is made to counter Sniper Rifles from one shot killing players at a considerable distance. If you use the Serpentine Perk and are actively on the move, even a Sniper from long-range can’t take you out before you have time to react.
Thanks to a “snake” indicator, the shooter will know when they hit someone with the Serpentine Perk equipped.
Warzone Classified Arms Reloaded will introduce a new way to travel across Caldera. Players will soon be able to travel around the island via an underground mine cart. The method of transportation only takes a few seconds before you arrive at your next destination.
In other words, this new instant way to travel across Caldera can change the way you rotate and plan your victory. There will be 14 access points that players can discover across the map so make sure to get acquainted with the locations.
“Those in the know can use light and audio clues to figure out if an enemy is on the other side, or if the circle collapse will soon engulf the destination. As with most situations, when there is a green light, it means it’s safe. Anything else can mean potential danger, and if the indicator is off with gas going through the vents, then that means you cannot travel to that destination.”
The Gulag Entry Token will give players another shot at entering the Gulag.
“If you perish while holding a Gulag Entry Token, you will be sent back to the Gulag rather than needing to be bought back or be eliminated from the game.”
The Redeploy Extraction Token is an item “that grants an automatic redeploy without any need to visit the Gulag or to be bought back at a Buy Station.”
According to the devs, the Redeploy Extraction Token is quite a rare find, so don’t expect to find one every match.
This item will automatically provide players with a temporary movement buff when picked up. Players who love to finesse enemies with movement should keep an eye out for the Speed Boost.
“The Radar Jammer is a Field Upgrade that scrambles the Tac Map of enemy players and prevents Killstreaks for anyone within a short radius.”
It’ll be up to players to find creative uses for this powerful Field Upgrade that could prove vital during the late game.
It seems Operation Monarch was used to test High Value Loot Zones across Caldera, as the feature will now appear in standard Battle Royale games. These high-risk, high-reward locations are sure to get the blood pumping.
You can check where these areas are located by opening your Tac Map or looking at your minimap. This is one way that the devs wish to give players more opportunities to access rare items and cash that will lead to a quick loadout.
Champion of Caldera will act as an LTM for Solo players. The Champion of Caldera LTM will be available on May 25 and will feature 150 player lobbies.
As the name would suggest, the goal is quite simple: claim the Champion of Caldera title as your own. Luckily, players will start the match with their Custom Loadout, a Gas Mask, and a single Redeploy Extraction Token.
If you’re looking for a high-octane and fast-paced Solo playlist then you’ll want to give Champion of Caldera a try.
“Kills in this game mode immediately refill player health, equipment, and ammo, incentivizing would-be Champions to play aggressively and eliminate the competition directly to have the best chance at victory.”
It seems that Rebirth Island players will need to remain on high alert throughout the coming weeks with a new mechanic being introduced that can reveal your position to enemies.
“At some point during standard Rebirth Resurgence matches, Operators may be alerted of an Occupation Scan. At this point, they will need to go prone or else their position will be revealed to every other player on the Tac Map and minimap.”
The Season 3 Reloaded blog also teased a mysterious Rebirth Island event that could arrive sometime throughout Season 3, or perhaps we’ll have to wait until Season 4 for this exciting content.

CoD Vanguard players have discovered a strange glitch them causes them to catch on fire completely at random.
A bizarre new glitch has appeared in Vanguard Season 3 Reloaded, causing players to randomly burst into flames in the middle of a match.
The Vanguard community has seen its fair share of different bugs and glitches that have bizarre effects on their gameplay experience, such as turning players into Spider-man or causing them to punch themselves in the face.
Now, another problem has presented itself following the arrival of the Season 3 Reloaded update, as a strange glitch is causing Vanguard players to spontaneously catch on fire during battles.
Reddit user ‘r/Sleepy’ highlighted this glitch in a clip posted in the Vanguard subreddit. It shows the player securing multiple kills while running around the map, only to combust into flames seemingly at random.
The kill cam in the clip showed that there was no explosive around them when they caught on fire, so it was extremely confusing why this happened. The Redditor jokingly asked if they’d been hit by an “invisible Molotov.”
Many of the commenters found this glitch amusing as well, with one user sarcastically writing: “Just a little spontaneous combustion.” Another player added: “Pardon me while I burst into flames.”
These types of glitches tend to pop up whenever the developers implement a major update in Vanguard, and a fix for them often arrives through another update once it becomes a major issue.
It’s unclear what exactly caused this glitch to occur, and it doesn’t seem to be a widespread issue at the time of writing. For that reason, it remains to be seen whether or not Sledgehammer Games will investigate the matter.

The H4 Blixen SMG arrived with Vanguard Season 3 Reloaded, so here are the attachments and Perks you need to build the best loadout.
Vanguard Season 3’s mid-season update is here, bringing the Sphere map and the brand-new H4 Blixen SMG. This new weapon is shaping up to be a powerful choice, so here are attachments and perks to create the best H4 Blixen loadout in Vanguard.
Although Vanguard players have been disappointed with the Season 3 Reloaded update’s lack of content compared to Warzone, it’s brought the new Sphere map, several quality of life changes, and the new H4 Blixen SMG.
This versatile SMG is powerful and accurate when fighting at close-medium range, so here’s how to create the best H4 Blixen loadout, including the attachments, Perks, and Equipment you need to maximize its potential.
We’re kicking off the best Vanguard H4 Blixen loadout with the Recoil Booster to increase the SMGs fire rate and the Bergstrom 17″ F3 barrel to increase its accuracy and keep it under control.
You can choose whatever optic you prefer, but the Slate Reflector is a solid choice for the H4 Blixen. Next, the Karlsson Padded Coz stock and m1941 Hand Stop will make the Blixen even more accurate, allowing it to be much more versatile.
Combining the 9mm 72 Round Mags and Lengthened ammo will give you enough bullets to take down several enemies, and Lengthened’s faster bullet velocity will lower its time to kill.
These attachments weigh down the H4 Blixen, so using the Fabric Grip, Fleet Proficiency, and Quick Kit will make you extremely mobile.
The H4 Blixen is a speedy SMG so you’ll need the best Perks and Equipment to complement it. The Fortified Perk will reduce explosive and fire damage, allowing you to charge at the enemies and tank grenades.
Forward Intel will tell you exactly where the enemies are spawning so you can easily control the map, and Lightweight will allow you to get around the map much faster.
A perfectly cooked Frag Grenade is a powerful tool, and the Stun Grenade will slow enemies down allowing you to easily get the kill.
Vanguard’s new H4 Blixen SMG can be unlocked by getting 3 Slide Kills in a single match 15 times.
This shouldn’t be too difficult to unlock, just hop into a small map with a hip-fire build and you’ll get the slide kills in no time at all.
There are plenty of other powerful SMGs you can use in Call of Duty: Vanguard, with the MP40 and Tommy Gun being two of the best.
Modern Warfare 2 arrives later this year, so you can check out its release date, along with everything we know about its beta.
Vanguard in-game files from the Season 3 Reloaded update have leaked Modern Warfare 2 edition options and open beta info.
Data miners have discovered in-game files added to Vanguard with the Season 3 Reloaded update that provides information concerning Modern Warfare 2 editions and the open beta.
On May 24 the Season 3 Reloaded update for Vanguard went live, and while new content like the H4 Blixen and Sphere map is exciting, there was yet another surprise hidden in the update.
It turns out data miners have leaked in-game Vanguard files that provide information concerning Modern Warfare 2 editions. These files have shed light on what each edition could bring to the table, as well as which platform will get early access to the MW2 Open beta later this year.
While this information has not been confirmed by Activision, the following info concerning Modern Warfare 2 pre-order content was found in Vanguard’s in-game files:
Breaking: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Editions have leaked via Vanguard files Standard Edition Cross Gen Bundle Vault Edition Open Beta first on PlayStation confirmed
It seems all three pre-order editions grant players early access to the open beta, and we’ll keep you posted once we know when pre-orders commence and when the beta will occur. The cross-gen bundle also confirms that MW2 will release on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
Another key piece of information revealed by this leak is that PS4 and PS5 players will receive access to the open beta first. We already know that PlayStation exclusivity will not last forever, once the Microsoft deal to acquire Activision officially goes through, but at the moment it is good news for PlayStation players.
You’ll have to discern which edition is right for you, but there’s no denying that the Vault Edition comes with a ton of interesting Operator and weapon cosmetics. In addition, the 50 Battle Pass Tier Skips and double weapon XP will be valuable as you attempt to level up early on.
